Don't feel bad, it's hard I know, but don't give up.

We are all here for you. I have been CFGF,corn free,

rice free, soy free, and preservative and additive

free as well as my son has chemical allergies...for 2

1/2 years, it gets easier with time.

Nobody is perfect and if these stupid companies would

stop changing ingredients on us, it would make our

lives much easier. Take a nice bath and remember,

tomorrow is a new day!!!

Debbi,

Unless you unchecked recieve individual email you will receive every

message sent to the list individually. You can go and change it to either a

daily digest, or no email and check messages at the site only. I hope this

helps.

, all messages go to everyone on the list unless just sent privately to

one person. You will get all mail sent to the list.

If you are on the GFCFKids list, you get ALL mail.

Oh, but you are doing it right! It is very discouraging to find something is

an infringement that we neglected to think about. Look at it as one more

step that you've overcome towards becoming GFCF. You've come closer to that

goal and it's not that you've failed at anything.

My husband thinks we should all have a degree in something for all the things

we know.

And you know, who doesn't have a child that's gotten hurt because we weren't

watching them 24-7. ( Mine happened to get burned by the vaporizer). Such a

child doesn't exist.
