Guest guest
I was shocked as well with the juice issue, because I would have sworn that when I initially read the " instructions " for this diet, the juice just needed to be 100% juice. I don't know if I just misread or if that was mis-information, but luckily the issue came up shortly after I started the diet. Many juices that I have checked ingredients on, all listed themselves as 100% juice, contain calcium lactate and other questionable additives. I just don't think that any juice that adds ingredients should be able to advertise itself as 100% juice. It has made me really think about just getting a juicer and making our own juice, but I really like the convenience and economy of buying commercial juices. What to do...!!
