Guest guest
, Thanks for your reply. I am worried about the wool alcohol. I need to keep away from alcohol as it is stinging him. Wool is a highly allergic substance as well. My doctor recommended today either eucerin or lubriderm. Anyone know if they are gfcf? Guest guest
Phylis, Hi again, I have a Eucerin original jar right here and here are the ingredients - triple purified water petrolatum mineral oil ceresin lanolin alcohol (which I think is the same as the wool wax alcohol) methylchloroisothiazolinone methylisothiazolinone Other then that I can't help you - all I know is nothing seems to work for my little guy, he has sorey rashes behind his knee, in the arm crease and scattered up and down his legs. When I first started this diet he cleared up and stayed clear for several months, but everything is all back. I have gone through almost evry dry skin creme they make. Doctors even prescribed hydrocortisone cremes, all different strenghts. I wish I knew how to help him cause in the summer I am so sick of other moms pulling their kids away from my son thinking he has some sort of ringworm or other contagious disease. Let me know if you ever stumble across one that works. Good luck, on Long Island New York ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
, I would probably stay away from lanolin alcohol as well as it is drying. Check out the lubriderm. I have also used Dermasil as well. That was before he was gfcf though. I do use hydrolated petrolatum which you can ask the pharmacist for. It is hard to get on, but is very lubricating and seals in moisture. best, Phyllis ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
