Their office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 7 or 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. On Friday, Dr. H isn't there. Her staff is there until noon. Trudy is Dr. Holmes' nurse. She's very helpful. Good luck! I will admit that I called Trudy at least once to make sure they had sent them!! Hope you get yours soon. Let me know if I can be of more help!
