But I have to say I am still a little confused because the excerpt

you pasted referst to current research, whereas the thing that I

thought I was talking to Mimi about was research done for Legal

Services in 1993, which, might or might not include NY.

Or, maybe put another way, has any of Alice's research after 1990

included NY? (I think we have the 1990 estimates from NCFH)
