Baby problems - hoping for possible food solutions

My sister is watching a five month old baby who is not gaining weight

and is very mucousy. They suspect a food allergy and celiac, but the

doctor says the baby is too young to test. Can anyone recommend a

safe baby formula for him. I heard someone post about enfagrow on

the site and I am thinking that it is for toddlers. I am still

looking up things for her and trying to gather more information so

that I have more to go on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
