You can also substitute potato starch flour, which would be considerably cheaper. a > I bought the book " The Gluten-Free Kitchen " before finding out that my son can't have corn. Most of the recipes call for cornstarch. I know you can substiture arrowroot for cornstarch in small amounts, but will this work if the recipe calls for 3/4C. ? > Thanks!
