Hi!

I'm new on the list and new to the g/f diet as well. We've been c/f for

about a year, but this g/f thing is new to me.

If any one has any tips on getting started, I'd be grateful! Is there some

type of list of approved brands / foods? Can anyone tell me if soy is g/f?

Also, what is a DAN Dr.?
