Guest guest
Hello, My son snuck a slice a cheese (a whole slice of yellow american) from his sister . He has been on the diet only 3 weeks The next day he was so lethargic, he had very loose bowels and he threw up. There is a BUG going around where lots of people are sick.So I wasnt sure if it was the cheese or the BUG.. But he didnt have any symptoms ...(no fever or runny nose etc)..amd is fine today.. So, I wasnt sure if this is a reaction when an infraction takes place. And if it was.. does it the reaction go away so soon? Like today he is fine compared to yesterday... He had one slip up before (with high fructose corn syrup which we are avoiding and he was jumpy and hyper.. NOT SICK) So can the cheese cause this type of disturbance? Really I am thinking.. Am I CAUSING him to be allergic by doing this diet. Am I making him susceptable to having reactions to foods . He never threw up on the cheese before.. HE LIVED off of cheese..I am getting a bit confused now... Thanks for the input.
