forever runny nose and itch

My sons nose is forever dripping, or congested and hes always

scratching. He is just easing into the diet. Is it supposed to help

these things as well. His face is flushed a lot of times too. He

used to have hay fever (tested negative last time) and not sure about

pollens now. It really seems to interfere with his concentration.

My son had similar problems and used claritin daily. As the diet

progressed, the congestion faded away. He still has occasional

seasonal problems, for which he takes claritin redi-tabs. The

flushed face now only occurs with a gfcf boo-boo or a phenol overload.
