First, thands everybody for responding to my posts. Bear with me...the more

I read, the more questions I have:

Does anyone know if the tropical source hard candy is corn and soy free

(besides GFCF)?

How about applegate farms hot dogs?

Does sodium lactate contain casein?

What is this Alka Seltzer Gold thing? Is it in the antacids section of the

drug store? I've never seen it. I just see the old regular Alka Seltzer...

I gotta ask this too. I see that almost all the parents posting have young

children on this diet. Does this mean that it's not really helpful for older

kids, teens, adults? Does this mean that eventually people throw in the

towel with the diet becuase they think it is not worth it or they get so

tired of it? Or that once kids get older it is impossible to get them to

stick to it?

Alternatively, does it mean that eventually the system is repaired and

people can go back to eating " normal " foods? HOPE SO!

All of the Applegate Farms meat products are gfcf. I called and verified

this about 2 months ago. As far as I know with the Alka Seltzer Gold it is

used if your child has had an infringement and it is to be used right after

it to prevent and affects of the food. I've never tried it but from what I

hear it works. I don't know about Tropical Source though.
