Guest guest
I just started my son (at least partially), on this diet. We have been doing casien free on and off, past 6 months, now the past week no ceaein. I started introducing the rice bread and he really didnt like it, he sniffed it, and was able to get a few bites with peanut butter on top, washed down with soy milk. Is it common for the kids to resist the new foods, it seems that he could tell the difference a mile away, whereas it looked the same to me. I was also sent a list of symptoms or signs that this diet may be good, one of which was the hand shaking/jerking, which my son has done on and off. We could never figure this one out, becasue it didnt seem like a stim as in handflapping. For awhile I thought he may have had tourettes syndrome. Also what types of improvements should I be looking out for and the time period. Thea
