Guest guest
Hi all, sorry i havent been on for awhile, just busy dealing with cancer docs, and dealing with exhaustion. Ive decided to stop seeing my neuro at Hannaman for the time being and seeing my old neuro who i started my mito journey with, he is local and communicates better and can better work with my cancer team. My radiation oncologist understands mito and is very concerned about the ramifications of cancer to a mito patient. The chemo oncologist on the other hand is clueless about mito, and i need a neuro who will, make him understand every aspect of mito when dealing with me. Anyway my first cancer biopsy was a flop, they used the bronciscope, and no camera, and the surgeon didnt get near the cancer. He did do a needle biospy and found a infection in my broncial tube, so im on antibiodics for that problem. I will see a new surgeon Monday (today) to set up a laproscope biopsy. I know the surgery is on Wednesday oncd i get my results from this i will go get a second opinion. We celebrated Matts 9th bithday on Saterday, (June 13th is his actual birthday) The party was awesome, and Matt was thrilled. Well thats all for now i will keep yas posted!
