Guest guest
My 2 1/2 yr old son was diagnosed with PDD-NOS in November. We have decided on an intensive home-based ABA program. In addition to that I would like to try the GFCF diet, as everyone knows, this an extremely hectic, overwhelming time. I am looking for a list of convenience foods that I can find in the stores, as well as any safe restaurant foods, if they exist, to get things started until I can get the hang of this diet. I can hardly find time to do all the research that is so important right now, about the disorder and all the research, findings, etcetera. But we are in a state of emergency, again-as everyone knows, to get going on this. My son will be 3 in May, and I am in panic with each passing day. Any information to get us started would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
