California Firm Recalls Fast-Acting Antacid

Lynwood, CA (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said

today that Industries, Inc. is recalling its Pharmacy’s Prescription,

Fast-Acting Antacid Anti-gas because of Microbial contamination-(Bacillus

licheniformis).

This is the first public notice of this Class II recall issued by FDA.

Abbeville, AL (SafetyAlerts) - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said

today that Cutler Egg Products has recalled its Cutler’s Pasteurized Frozen

Egg Product, Cutler’s Angel Whip because the product was contaminated with

salmonella.

This is the first public notice of this Class II recall issued by FDA.
