Guest guest
Hi all: It's 3 o'clock in the morning and we up and raring to go...well, one of us is raring to go. Personally, I feel a little bit comatose. Here is my dilemma. We have been gfcf for a little over two weeks. Right away...way more stimming and consistent waking around 4 am, but would go back to sleep if taken in bed with us. This last Thursday, the pediatrician upped her dosage of zoloft to see if that would help her sleep through again (before diet, she would still wake up about 1/3 of the time but would go back to sleep in bed with us). Friday, my supplement order came in from Kirkman's and I went nuts. (I have been wanting to do this for what seems like forever. I feel like so much time has already been wasted that I want everything to start like last year!) I added SNT, calcium powder, and melatonin and we switched to their MSM (she had been using MSM Powerpunch). Friday, she woke up as usual, but fell asleep in bed with us. Saturday, she woke at 4, was wired until 6. Sunday, she woke at 3 and was wired till 6. Monday, I switched the melatonin from juice to in food. She slept from 9 till 6. I though...HOORAY! Tuesday, tonight, same thing with melatonin. She fell asleep so good (8:30) but woke at 2:30, way wired up. I am thinking too much, too soon? I know...one thing at a time. I just want to get everything going and for her to start to see some improvement. So, back off the SNT and the Melatonin and see what happens? I wouldn't think the calcium would bother anything and she should be used to getting MSM, although this is a different brand? What does everyone think....? Just a side note...I go on my honeymoon on Sunday very early in the morning, so my parents are keeping Ebony from Saturday night until Friday morning. 6 glorious nights. My mom will surely kill me, if not Ebony, if she is kept up 6 night in a row. I need to work this out ASAP. BTW, my mom used to do my day care, so she knows what to do for the diet...the food. (I go on maternity leave as soon as my honeymoon is over and I do not plan to go back to work.) PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU ALL THINK... ANY HELP/COMMENTS ARE SURELY APPRECIATED AND THANKS FOR LETTING ME TALK TO SOMEONE!
