Guest guest
I would be extremely interested in knowing this too (has anyone's child not been considered a candidate for chelation by Dr. Holmes?) as I am thinking of investigating this for my girl. Her dev. ped.,who is really great, is interested in chelation, but didn't consider a prime candidate. She admitted she really had no idea, though, and suggested we go to Dr. Holmes or someone in Richmond whose name she didn't know. Does any out there know? Guest guest
Where are these children getting the Mercury poisoning from? This is the first I have heard of this. It's in thermometers, fluorescent lights, fish, paint, industrial emissions, OTC meds, dental amalgams, and many vaccines, including DPT. Under the current vaccination schedule, the children receive a heavy mercury load, plus there is prenatal exposure because the mother's mercury crosses to the fetus. Some researchers believe that ASD children lack the protein that detoxes the body. Others believe that the early exposure to mercury and other toxins suppresses the body's natural ability to detox, and a build up of toxins results. Even the FDA is now warning that pregnant women and young children need to restrict their consumption of fish because of mercury.
