I attend the U of M and was specifically told by the disability

services counselor that I had the right to park in ANY spot labeled

for faculty if all of the handicapped parking spots were full. He

said " even if that means parking in the Dean's spot, you are welcome

to do so. " I was very impressed by that. I take a night class, so

parking has never been a problem.
