Guest guest
Hi everyone: I am having trouble getting enough of the calcium powder into my daughter and know for sure she is getting very little protein. Her main foods are fried potatoes, potato chips, rice crackers, fruit, french fries, hot dogs-once in a while, and fruit snacks. She does not use a spoon or eat anything soft, so the only thing I've been able to add the powder to is the fried potatoes or french fries. She does not eat bread, muffins, cookies, or other baking goods that I could add it to either. Any ideas/suggestions...or are there liquid supplements that I could use instead in her juice? Does anyone's kid drink the powder mixed into juice instead of food? I worry about this because my daughter still uses a sipper cup and I think the powder doesn't mix well enough and ends up at the bottom of the cup. Thanks!
