Someone earlier mentioned the soft White bread recipe in Karyn Seroussi's

book 'Unraveling the Mystery of Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorder'

and I finally got off my tosh and tried it. YES.! I have two nice loaves

of white bread. Now if I can just repeat this performance. If her book had

not been worth its weight in gold before, it certainly is worth it to me

now. ;-) Evan ate two slices and I ate two, well maybe three.
