Finally! a good bread out of my oven

I seem to be having trouble getting my mail out. I don't know if it

is me or what but I already bragged once and it doesn't seem to have

made it so I am going to brag again. I tried the recipe for bread in

Karyn Seroussi's book and I FINALLY got, not one but two loaves of

bread that turned out right. Now if I can just repeat that success.

I don't know if her recipe has been posted but it is a copyrighted

book so I don't feel right posting it but I finally got a good bread

with white rice flour and tapioca flour. Next I am going to try it

with rolls. Evan likes it and so do I. I just have to see how the

rest react to it.
