Guest guest
Actually, I already do that - I have to buy a student parking permit, but that plus the placard is enough to avoid getting towed or ticketed. Parking is so bad at my school - supposedly, it is over half commuters now (around 10,000 students total), and there are over 400 faculty (not counting admin and support). The campus is right in the middle of the city, and there are two other colleges in the immediate area. The only time I got a ticket when I was displaying my placard was when I parked in a spot for " manager of the dorm " . I think I just paid it ($40) instead of getting entrenched in the Newark justice system. Thanks, RH > > I attend the U of M and was specifically told by the disability > services counselor that I had the right to park in ANY spot labeled > for faculty if all of the handicapped parking spots were full.
