I would definetly take them off to take a look. I think that immediately after taking that last cast off the foot tends to be tender anyway and that in my opinion part of what makes that first couple nights in the shoes so " uncomfortable " . I know my daughters feet were very swollen and just seemed tender when I took the casts off. Not sure what to do but maybe motrin would help that out. > > Hello everyone...
