Guest guest Posted March 23, 2001 Report Share Posted March 23, 2001 The one I have (haven't tried it yet) calls for 21/2 c GF flour mix (Bette Mix), 2 t xanthan gum or guar, 1 c sugar, 1 c margarine, 1 egg, 1 t baking pwd. , 2 t fruit juice (or water), 1 T vanilla Combine all, beat till well mixed. Put in plastic bag and set in fridge till firm. Roll out and cut into shapes, place on ungreased sheet and smear with jam or jelly on half of cookies. Put one without jam on top of one with the jam and pinch edges. Bake in 425 degree oven for 6-10 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. >Ok I have now searched for my copy of the pop tart recipe, I cant >find it we love this recipe.
