Guest guest
Does anyone have any experience supplementing with taurine? I had read that it can help with seizures and calming, but my ped. wants to take it for constipation. I also read that it contains sulphur - does this mean it contains sulfates, which I think we are trying to avoid, along with foods high in phenols ? Oh, boy, am I confused now. Thanks for any ideas you might have. Kathy
Guest guest
www.kirkmanlabs.com has an article on taurine that you might find helpful. In my family, we use it for the irritable bowel symptoms of CFS/FMS (mom) and ASD/CFS (son) with good results. > Does anyone have any experience supplementing with taurine? > I had read that it can help with seizures and calming, but my ped. > wants to take it for constipation.
