Night Wakings and the diet

Hi,

Our son, now two and eight months, started sleeping through the night

after we got rid of the gluten, casein, soy and egg yolks. We had

problems with things like food dyes, tomatoes, grapes, raspberries and

sodium nitrates keeping him up at night too! The diet has definitely

helped our son (and his mother!) to get some much needed sleep.
