Guest guest
Anyone know for sure which brands of edible rice paper are gluten-free? I just bought some today but the package was poorly translated. Said it contains " flour " which to me, means wheat flour, but in bigger letters on the label, it mentioned rice as an ingredient. (There was only " flour " listed, and a couple other ingredients, but nothing that could account for the rice except the flour.) This package was round with a red rose in the middle. I wish I knew whether the flour was rice, or a blend of rice and wheat... Lorilyn
Guest guest
What is the name of the brand that you have? Most of the spring roll wrappers are only rice flour, and most of the egg roll wrappers have wheat flour as well. Are the ingredients listed in Chinese? If you have a scanner, I can read them for you. > Anyone know for sure which brands of edible rice paper are gluten-free?
