Guest guest
We've been GFCF for about 4 months now with very few infractions. When my son has a casein infraction, I usually see a reaction within four or five hours. He had spelt bread day before yesterday, and just today had his first awful day in a very long time. Could this be a delayed reaction to the gluten or could it be something else? Anyone with some insight for me? Many Thanks!
