Guest guest
I am very concerned with the protien issue as well could we do a list of high protien gf/cf foods. We are able to use eggs, so I consider that a good source of protien, peantu butter is on my list too and Dakota will always eat meat but how do I know how much is enough? I want so badly to talk to a dietician but I decided on my own to do this diet and dont have a Doctor to refer me. Here is one more question for the moms of kids who have been on this diet for over a year and have had bloodwork done has it been ok? I mean for a Doctor to worry about malnutrition, why? They eat fruit, Veggies{well when they will eat them}, meat and rice is a good source of carbohydrates, I dont see why the diet cant be balanced except for protien milk and gluten are sources of protien now removed. So anyone who knows exactly hao much protien is needed for a body to function and be healthy please share your wisdom with me. I just want Dakota to be healthy and be able to funtion, and he cant funtion unless he is cf/gf. Thanks
