Guest guest
I've been giving the Melatonin with Magnesium before going to bed at night, but he is still waking 4-5 times a night. When he does wake up he doesn't get out of bed but instead bangs his head or takes his fist and hit himself in the forehead or chin. What can I do? My poor boy is hurting himself possibly to get back to sleep. I've thought about getting him those children's classical music CD's to soothe him at night. Is there something else I could do? He did get a Junior (from Veggie Tales) glow doll for Christmas and he sleeps with him every night. I told him when he wakes up to squeeze Junior and hear him sing God is Bigger Than The Boogie Man ( has lots of fears). Junior also says " I'm not scared " and would say " I'm not scared either " but for some reason lately it doesn't seem to be working anymore. He's back to the head banging and hitting himself. Please HELP! It breaks my heart. Bridgett in KY Mommy to two cute boys (9) Autism (7) ADHD
