Artificial butter flavor is a definite NO item. On gfcfdiet.com they

have a printable list of items (it prints out on 58 pages) and that is

listed there. Anything that is listed as acceptable I still check with

the manufacturer cause as you'll learn as you go on in thisa diet ways of

Butter flavor Crisco is still gfcf from past posting, just like the regular

Crisco. Call their 1- to verify.
