Mock Oreo's

My son is missing his Oreo's. Has anyone ever tired to make the

Gluten Free Pantry Old Fashioned Cake and Cookie Mix using added

chocolate? I also have an Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Baking Mix that

I can try it with. In the Miss Robens catelogy she says to use her

chocolate cookie mix and then make a mixture of shortening and

powdered sugar for the filling. She even says to get a plastic oreo

from a toy store to use to press out the cookie. I'm hoping to give

this a try. If anyone wants the exact amounts for the filling let me

know.
