Hi All! Actually I have 2 questions. Is anyone out there moving

toward a meatless diet? I know there are meat substitutes on the

market but most have so many additives, including MSG. Has anyone

ever heard of making your own meat subs and is soy the only thing

that has the right properties? All the meat subs you find in the

stores are made from soy. Also, I have decided I need help getting

organized after 4 months of GFCF cooking. I live about 30 miles west

of Indianapolis and wondered if there is such a thing as someone who

can help you put together menus and also help to prepare foods for

freezing. How would I check around for such a person? It couldn't

be just any " cook for hire " , they would have to be knowledgeable in

gfcf cooking techniques. Any ideas? Thanks, Rosie
