Miss Robbins Chocolate cake mix - help!

I got my first Miss Robbins delivery 2 days ago and I just baked the

chocolate cake mix. I made mini diughnuts that were excellent when they

came out the oven. Tasted great !!!!!! Now they cooled and I have a

dozen plus hard hockey pucks with holes in the middle. What happened?

What did I do wrong?

Has anyone made this cake mix?

I also made a small round cake too, I hope that doesnt turn hard too.
