temporary tatoos and band-aids

Hi, Does anyone know if temporary kid tatoos or band-aids could

cause reactions in our kids. put about 6 tatoos on yesterday

and has also been wearing a band-aid on a little cut he has and his

behavior has been just a bit off...just wondering? If band-aids have

gluten is there any brand that is ok? Also we just recently began

supplementing with GABA and it really seems to take the edge
