My daughter's teacher has offered 25 extra credit points to any student that

can find out why President was the only president to not throw out

the first pitch in baseball.

my daughter and I have tried in vain to find out why he didnt throw the

pitch and his brother did instead.

any computer savy people that can help would be appreciated. She has until

about noon today.

I found a website full of trivia and this was a question that was

asked. One person e-mailed the Center and they wrote him a long

e-mail but stated they didn't know the answer........hmmmmmmmm very

interesting. Please let us know what you find out, .

The only reason I could find is that he wasn't an athlete at all. He

couldn't even get the hang of jogging. This next excerpt is about

visiting Castro:

Now after [his] serious speech, the president took a break. He took a

trip out to the ballpark, heading out with Fidel Castro. President

[was] wearing his trademark Braves cap. He's a big Atlanta Braves

fan. President Castro, on the other hand, [was] wearing a cap with a " C "

on it for Cuba.

And the two of them -- Mr. Castro [coached] the president a little bit,

trying to show him how to throw a ball. President then threw out

the first pitch for the baseball game. And the pitch landed a little bit

short; it bounced off the home plate.
