Guest guest
Hi everyone, I was reading one of the posts and noticed that someone mentioned Q-Gel. I have tried it once before and didn't notice a difference in anything. I am now back on 200 mg of regular CoQ-10. Does anyone think the Q-Gel works better than the regular CoQ-10 and are there any disadvantages to it? Thanks, Lea
Guest guest
Lea, I am taking Q-Gel 300 mg 3 times a day and I can tell a difference in me. I haven't taken any other kinds of CoQ10 so I can't tell what the other stuff does. I just know that since I have started taking the Q-Gel, I am not getting as tired doing anything during the day as I was. Unless of course I do any kind of physical activity and then my body turns to mush lol. I do know that some people the CoQ10 works and others it doesn't. From what my cousin says (her son has mito) she says that the Q-gel is better because the body absorbs it better. That is what the big hype is about with Q-Gel versus other Co-Q10 products. Sorry I couldn't help you more. Lea leafish@...> wrote: Hi everyone, I was reading one of the posts and noticed that someone mentioned Q-Gel.
