Diet problems after March Break

I need suggestions and maybe a whole lot of encouragement. My 11yo DS spent

March Break with his Aunt and Uncle. Even though I sent GFCF for him, it was not

kept the least bit strict and now that he is back home, DS is refusing anything

GFCF. It's worse than starting from scratch because he's so against the diet. He

enjoyed his 'freedom' and he's back to his old tricks of not eating anything at

all. Please don't say he'll get hungry enough and eat because that has never

worked. Any ideas??
