My son with mito has the same noise problem. It is not fun. He also has the

same reaction to light touch. The more tired he is, the worse it becomes. We

will go out to eat breakfast together, rather than dinner, because he can

process the noise better.

I get the extremely tired feeling at times. For me, this is the beginning of

a crash and doing what my body is demanding (can't help it) seems to help

avoid a big crash. I get so I don't think I can put one foot in front of the

other. I will sit on the edge of the bed as the effort to crawl in seems

insurmountable.
