OT:Another die off question

A couple of days ago I wrote a " die off " question regarding my sons

hyperactivity. Well today started diarrhea...he has never had runny BM's. I am

hoping this is " die off " ..(read it would be flu like symptoms which includes

diarrhea,right?) Do you continue with the antifungals? I would think yes but

just curious. Thanks
