Livestrong survivorship notebook

Apologies if this has been mentioned before but couldnt find anything in Search

facility.

Have just been reading very encouraging survivors stories on the Livestrong.org

web site

including Debbie Sparks 4 and a half years colon cancer stage 4 survivor.

Just wondered if anyone had ordered the survivorship notebook and did they find

it usefull in

any way.

Just tried to pull up the livestrong website and it is temp unavailable.

Will try again tomorrow. Had not seen or heard about it before.
