Guest guest
Not sure about how you all want your name and all put on here. But was wondering if Larry could give us her last name and the address of the hospital, so we could send her get well cards.... I'm half way thro the chemo now. only 6 more to go, 3 more months. I have really gotten along pretty good, nausa for about 3 days, just layaround, but after that get to feeling better. got out a quilt I had started abut 6 years ago, called Grandmothers flower garden. deceided while i'm sitting around I could work on that. went to see surgean last wed. said to come back when over the chemo, then would set a time to take down the colostomy. would have to wait 4 weeks after chemo to do it tho. think good thoughs, get some sunshine each day for the vit D. don't listen or think about the bad parts of this cancer, we will beat it, and live a long and happy life. one site i was reading on, said to laugh a lot, smile a lot all day, look at funny movies, so you do laugh, sets up good thing going in your body. Guest guest
I think that would be lovely gesture, but it maybe that by time anything we send her gets to her -- she will be on her way home. Be nice if we could have her home address and send everything there. Ingrid we miss you.. Be Well and come home soon... Guest guest
Maybe a shower of e-cards would be cool if she would rather not send us her address. Narice

Narice Great idea, Narice!! Wish we had thought to get her address before she went in!! E-cards will be just as good, tho...and quite a surprise if we all send them. Guest guest
I did check the web and can't see where that hospital accepts email. Some hospitals deliver email to the patient just like regular mail. I was shocked when I was in and was getting emails delivered. At least if we send e-cards she will see them when she gets home.
