" No this is not happening and there is no problem. There is nothing we can do anyway. " 2. ANGER- at the person with the disease, yourself the treatments and from other people that they don't know what is going on. " If they ask that question one more time, I'll scream. " 3. SOCIAL WITHDRAWAL- from friends and activities that once brought pleasure. " I don't care about getting to gether with the nieghbors anymore. " 4. ANXIETY-_ about facing another day and what the future might bring. " I can't seem to get any sleep any more I keep sighing....I keep thinking about things. " 5. DEPRESSION- begins to affect the ability to cope. " I don't care anymore. " 6. EXHAUSTION- makes it nearly impossible to complete necessary daily task. " Im too tired to do this. " 7. SLEEPLESSNESS- caused by a never ending list of concerns. " What if they never get better? " How are we going to pay for this " 8. IRRITABILITY- Leads to moodiness and triggers negative responses and reaction. " Leave me alone. " 9. LACK OF CONCENTRATION- makes it difficult to perform familiar tasks. " I was too busy, I forgot we had an appointment. " 10. HEALTH PROBLEMS- begin to take a toll both physical and mentally. " I can't remember the last time I felt good.
