Guest guest Posted July 5, 2005 Report Share Posted July 5, 2005 Hi Jay Sorry to hear you are having to give up work for a while. I dont understand the system in the US but appears very harsh. Mike is very foocused with the weight. He forces the food down at the begining of each meal and says that after the first few forkfulls the nausea abates for a while. Not only has he managed to maintain his weight, he has actually increased it. Tomorrow is round 10 and he is not looking forward to going. Especially now with such hot weather. We have air con but really need some fresh air. It rained for a few minutes the other day, hardly any water but tons of sand from the Sahara desert. You now have a little fan club here with my Spanish friends and work colleagues who ask for daily updates. Best wishes to everyone in the group from Spain.
