Yes, and somewhere along the line I got to thinking, well, isn't that in the beginning? If the kids and I are moderately poisoned, and we've done 65 rounds, when do we begin to ease up on some of the supplement recommendations, like zinc? Andy says in AI to reduce to 50 mg dose after you start using ALA. I suppose later in chelation, you would have to use some judgment about when to reduce it more. The goal eventually is to remove many supplements. How are your symptoms? How much more chelation do you think you need to do? I think you mentioned taking an extended break from chelation - are you able to do that comfortably without a lot of mercury symptoms? I am not sure how to take the answers to those questions and make a decision about this, but those are the kind of things I would consider. I have no experience with removing supplements yet, and I haven't observed anyone else going through it.
