So for copper problems its; supplement zinc and molybdenum, avoid copper in supplements and copper food avoidance. Also get another hair test in 3 months to see how it goes. Taking ALA may be a problem if copper remains a problem. > > Manganese 5-15 mg ( but low dosage, not above RDA.) > I take 5 mg or so because I am generally low in all minerals. I am desperate to get it out, however the after-effects of removal are getting worse and worse after each visit to the dentist. So I will just have to wait a little longer until I recover from the last " experience " which was truly miserable. Sunshine: I did take some time to have a look at someone else's hair test results and I quickly discovered how difficult it is, so , thanks very much for taking so much time to review my results and then again to review my conclusions. You are a star. Sunshine

Also stuff to support bile flow: phosphatidylcholine (which is overall good for liver and brain), taurine, glycine, and of course milk thistle. Andy has said more recently he is less concerned now about using ALA when copper toxicity is a problem. You will want to avoid it for at least three months anyway after amalgam removal, but after that you may be able to add it. > > You need *more* vitamin C. At least 4 grams per day. Try increasing your vitamin C to bowel tolerance. Small doses frequently through the day works best. > Sunshine: I did take some time to have a look at someone else's hair > test results and I quickly discovered how difficult it is, so > , thanks very much for taking so much time to review my > results and then again to review my conclusions. You are a star. You're welcome. And you are quite luminous yourself, Sunshine.
