Sunshine: ok, thanks. I have been reading. So for copper problems

its; supplement zinc and molybdenum, avoid copper in supplements and

copper food avoidance. Also get another hair test in 3 months to see

how it goes. Taking ALA may be a problem if copper remains a

problem.

Sunshine: ok I have re-read everything, I will skip manganese.

Thanks.

Sunshine: ok, I am taking more, and yes I can feel the benefits.

Sunshine: I have one more amalgam remaining, in my upper left

quadrant. I am desperate to get it out, however the after-effects of

removal are getting worse and worse after each visit to the dentist.

So I will just have to wait a little longer until I recover from the

last " experience " which was truly miserable.

Sunshine: I did take some time to have a look at someone else's hair

test results and I quickly discovered how difficult it is, so

, thanks very much for taking so much time to review my

results and then again to review my conclusions. You are a star.
