So for copper problems its; supplement zinc and molybdenum, avoid copper in supplements and copper food avoidance. Also get another hair test in 3 months to see how it goes. I am desperate to get it out, however the after-effects of removal are getting worse and worse after each visit to the dentist. So I will just have to wait a little longer until I recover from the last " experience " which was truly miserable. Sunshine: I did take some time to have a look at someone else's hair test results and I quickly discovered how difficult it is, so , thanks very much for taking so much time to review my results and then again to review my conclusions.
