Hey Guys,

I know Andy mentions megadosing of B6 for some people. Well, I've

been taking about 150mg a day - 50mg during the day and 100mg at

night. Lack of dream recall is one of the symptoms of a deficiency -

well, the first night after taking b6 - I remembered my dreams! I

also seem to have a more refreshed sleep and and am waking up feeling

less anxious. Its also supposed to help the adrenals which I know is a

problem with me. It also seems to be helping some with muscle aches.

It has alot of other benefits that are too numerous to mention here.

Worth a try.

Val
