Guest guest
I took Glycine and developed facial pain and my arms were burning. I think the glycine was moving the mercury around. Has anyone had this happen? Wondering if Glycine is causing more harm than good. Thanks Deb
Guest guest
It can increase glutathione. Andy's book says to take glycine as 4 parts NAC, 2 parts glutamine, 1 part glycine in between meals. Do you have elvated plasma cysteine and normal glutathione levels? If so, you should avoid things that raise glutathione. Amalgam Illness, Page 155 on glutathione and glycine. I would suspect it if is causing that reaction...you should not take it. You may be high cysteine. > > I took Glycine and developed facial pain and my arms were burning. I think the glycine was moving the mercury around. Has anyone had this happen?
