Probably after to get an accurate reflection of what your body is

doing right then. Since that is going to be the final exposure. You'll

know what your endocrine systems is doing and how to help it before

you begin chelation.

I would do the testing asap so you can get started supporting

your thyroid and adrenals. Could help a lot during/after removal

even just getting the adrenal support started.

Sunshine: Great, thanks all. Sorry late reply but needed a holiday

before last amalgam out tomorrow. Just try to forget it all, no

newspapers, no TV, no health books, just me, myself and my family.

Got all my adrenal tests, thyroid tests, testosterone, reverse T3,

blood, saliva etc done today, ahead of tomorrows final removal which

will no doubt challenge my health yet again.

I have been taking my temp 3 times a day too & plotting the average

on a graph, so I need to find out why it looks like one of those

earthquake alert graph thingys. Very jagged and low.

How do I go about finding out what the results mean?

I have zero faith in normal doctors, so that is not an option, at

least until I have a much better understanding of these things.

Can anyone recommend some decent books? I have read one, but it

recommended synthetic drugs which is not something I am willing to

take. Natural remedies only.

Can anyone recommend a good forum to post test results that could

help?

Sunshine: yeah, i am having trouble kicking it too. too much bad

advice, for too long, which caused too much needless pain, has left me

with too much mistrust. hence the requests for book recommendations.
